- Reset nightsTuesday and Thursday from 20:00, a third of the boulder hall is closed while it is stripped and reset.
- Open inductionsSaturday and Sunday on the hour from 11:00 to 13:00, with no booking.
- Closed25 and 26 December and 1 January. Every other day of the year the doors open.
The desk is staffed all day. Between 06:00 and 07:00 on weekdays there is one member of staff, so the rope wall stays closed until seven.
